Donald 'SKILLZZ' Mokoana says you too can get that dream body



Growing I used to see these models and celebs on tv flaunting their perfect bodies and me being a very skinny guy, It made me uncomfortable. I knew that I had to find a way to get myself the body I wanted to stop me of being jelous of everyone.
But It is not always easy to get that dream body that you want...is it?
It was hard for me as well to get this body, it took courage and needed a lot of dedication. Going to the gym did wonders for my body and self-esteem......it can do the same for you as well!

In the beginning, I myself was a very skinny guy, no one would ever have thought that I'd get such a body structure,
People would always discourage me when they saw me going to the gym telling me that I was wasting my time and money. They said that I was way too skinny to be going to the gym...but look at me now!


One thing that people keep on forgetting is that the likes of Arnold didn't just wake up one morning with such a body, we all gotta start somewhere...

It took me time to really get the gym vibe into me because even at the gym almost everyone there had a bigger body than mine...

Eventually, I managed to get a set of weights to workout with at home as well. It really worked out for me and the results are there for everyone to see.

One problem I had earlier on was the way I was eating. What you do in the kitchen is actually more important than what you do at the gym and that means you have to also eat right.

Being a very skinny guy meant that I had a very fast metabolism and I also couldn't eat a lot, I had to find a way to overcome that......

I was used to eating once or twice a day and when I thought I ate a lot it could be three times, because the key was not to get hungry AT ALL!..

So I had to try and eat at least 5 times a day for a start so that I can gain a little bit of mass because I was too skinny and I was losing weight easily...
It was really really hard for me at first to eat 5 times a day and I also had to put in my supplements in between my meals which made it much harder...

As time went on, my stomach got used to the fact that this guy eats like a pig, so I actually had to increase till I can eat 7-8 meals a day and I got to it once I got to 6 meals...

Another thing was working out alone, that's one of the hardest things I had to get used to, because when you have a partner, he/she pushes you and you are therefore able to put in more hours and stick to your training regime religiously but when you are alone there's no one pushing you and you tend to skip gym sometimes...

In the end, I told myself that I'm gonna get this body, I'm gonna go spend that one hour in the gym and push as hard as I can...
I was never really afraid to try out a new workout routine as long as I saw that it worked for this or that other person...I had to make sure that it worked for me too...

So I believe that everyone can also do it...
It doesn't matter if you are skinny or fat, you can always get that body you want, your dream body...

Get up and get started today!.. It's never too late to start!..
